TTSIGNAL Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the TTSIGNAL platform, website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. The Service (Nature and Scope) TTSIGNAL is a platform that offers AI-driven trading signals and gamified competitive events ("Challenges" or "Tournaments") using virtual/demo capital.
2.1. No Real Trading or Financial Advice The Service DOES NOT involve real money trading (spot or futures) on our platform. The trading simulations and P&L results are for educational and competitive purposes only. The signals and insights provided by our AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You acknowledge that trading is inherently risky, and TTSIGNAL bears no responsibility for any losses incurred in real-world trading based on our signals or training.
2.2. Rewards and Web3 Rewards, which may include POL/MATIC tokens or other cryptographic assets, are distributed based solely on performance in virtual Challenges and Tournaments. The distribution of these rewards is managed via the Polygon network and is subject to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
3.1. Eligibility and Registration Rules You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Users aged 13 to 17 may be permitted to use the service only with verified parental or legal guardian consent, where such consent is legally required in their jurisdiction. All registration information provided must be accurate, current, and complete. You are restricted to maintaining only one active user account per person.
3.2. Account Security and Hacking You are solely and absolutely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, including your password and any devices used to access the Service. You bear full responsibility for all actions and activities that occur under your account, whether you authorized them or not, including losses resulting from your account being compromised (hacked) or through unauthorized access to your email or devices. TTSIGNAL is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with this stringent security obligation. You must notify TTSIGNAL immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.
3.3. Prohibited Activities and Automated Trading (Bots) You expressly agree not to: Use any automated systems, trading robots (bots), scripts, or tools to generate trades, manipulate Challenge scores, or gain an unfair advantage in Tournaments. This includes, but is not limited to, using software to automate order entry, exit, or management. Engage in any form of cheating, collusion (working with other users), or exploiting system vulnerabilities. Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit any part of the Service. Use the Service to promote illegal activity or publish defamatory, harassing, or obscene material.
4. Disciplinary Action and Account Termination
4.1. Violation and Suspension TTSIGNAL reserves the absolute right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms. If, in our sole determination, you have violated any provision of these Terms (including Section 3.3 regarding Prohibited Activities), we may take immediate action, including: Removal of points or ranking from any ongoing Challenge or Tournament. Disqualification from receiving any pending rewards. Temporary suspension or permanent closure of your user account.
4.2. Loss of Access and Rewards In the event of account closure due to a violation of these Terms, you will forfeit all rights to any virtual currency, accrued points, pending rewards (including POL/MATIC tokens), and access to the Service. TTSIGNAL is not obligated to provide a refund for any paid entry fees or subscriptions associated with a terminated account.
5. Payment and Rewards
5.1. Entry Fees Some Tournaments may require an entry fee. All fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
5.2. Reward Disputes All decisions regarding Challenge results, scoring, and reward distribution are final and determined by TTSIGNAL management. Disputes regarding results must be submitted within 48 hours of the Challenge end.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. Ownership The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and the AI signal algorithms, are the property of TTSIGNAL or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2. User-Generated Content By submitting feedback, comments, or other content ("UGC") to the Service, you grant TTSIGNAL a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display the UGC in connection with the Service and its marketing.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1. NO WARRANTY The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TTSIGNAL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of the AI signals, the uptime of the platform, or the results of any trading actions taken based on information derived from the Service.
7.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTSIGNAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTSIGNAL, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of $$Jurisdiction, e.g., The United Kingdom or Singapore$$ , without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in $$City, State/Country$$ .

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
